DETAILS

Hot Stick is used by electricians and electrical utility workers while working on a high voltage live-line. It gets attached to most tools and acts as an extension to them. It reduces the chances of direct contact between the high voltage line and the worker. It protects workers by reducing the chances of burn due to electrical malfunctioning. Hot Stick by PowerPak is made from fiberglass and is equipped with a universal head for easy attachment with most tools. The hot stick is put to multiple uses like insulating sleeves on the wire, opening and closing switches, tightening nuts and bolts, and testing voltage. The fiberglass construction provides electrical insulation and enables operation on power lines safely without de-energizing them.
