The Cutquik cart mounting kit converts your hand-held Stihl TS saw into a walk-behind cutter so you can run long, straight cuts without fighting the saw. It’s the quick-mount conversion plate that locks your TS410/420/480i/500i to the Cutquik (FW-20) cart. Install is straightforward, the cart handles fold for transport, and the whole setup keeps the saw steady so cuts track true and depth stays consistent — perfect for expansion joints, curb work, and long asphalt or concrete runs.
This kit is made to match the Cutquik’s quick-mount system and the cart’s balance. When mounted, the saw rides forward on the cart so the blade cuts square and you don’t have to force the tool. The cart uses sealed-bearing wheels and a big deflector to keep dust and slurry off the bearings and away from the operator’s feet. A water tank is available but sold separately — add it when you need dust control or wet cutting. Why you want it: running the cart makes long cuts faster, straighter, and less tiring. You change blades less often because the saw stays stable and wears the blade evenly. You save time on layout and cleanup — the cart keeps cutting depth accurate to the millimeter so you don’t guess on multiple passes.
