The ARRESTA LE Self-Retractable Lifelines are made for working horizontally near sharp edges like steel beams and concrete. They meet ANSI Class 2 standards and can handle one worker up to 310 lbs. The housing is made from tough polymer, and the cable is galvanized steel. Each lifeline comes with a carabiner and a small swivel hook. You can choose from 10 feet, 18 feet, and 25 feet lengths to fit your specific needs. The galvanized steel rope is strong, with a breaking strength of 3400 lbs. These lifelines are tested to hold a static strength of 3000 lbs for 1 minute and pass a dynamic strength test with a 300 lbs weight falling 4 feet. In another test, a 282 lbs weight falls with a 36-inch wire extension.
