The ARRESTA Gold Series 6' Decelerator Y-Lanyard has a built-in shock absorber that shortens the relaxed length. This helps prevent tripping over extra lanyard. Made with durable 40mm wide polyester webbing, the lanyard can handle up to 6,000 lbs of force. The small hooks are alloy steel with a zinc-plated finish and a breaking strength of 5,000 lbs. The stitching uses strong polyester thread for added safety. The lanyard weighs 4.4 lbs and measures 6 feet when fully extended and 4½ feet when contracted. The Y-shaped design includes energy-absorbing polyester webbing and steel hooks on all sides. It comes with a small hook but is also available with larger hooks (SKU 51544). It meets OSHA and ANSI safety standards.
