These Class 4 Rubber blankets are durability and flexibility, providing versatile protection from accidental and incidental contact with energized lines, energized equipment and irregularly-shaped line hardware. They are made from EPDM synthetic rubber for maximum resistance to ozone and UV ray exposure for extended outdoor use, and have a matted-surface finish that provides added resistance to slippage when the blankets are used in wet weather conditions. Manufactured and tested in accordance with ASTM D1048 as required by OSHA, and every blanket receives a pre-shipment visual and electrical test at 40kV AC to ensure compliance to this standard.
