Vertical panels need a sturdy and durable base to withstand the impact of passing vehicles. This Delineator Base by PowerPak is made from 100% recycled rubber. The base incorporates two easy carrying handles, a vulcanized rubber center section that provides reinforcement from wear and tear due to panel separation. The rubber base helps consolidate the panels in one place and does not let them sway or get easily displaced by the movement of wind or passing vehicles. This 30-lb delineator base features four raised anti-rotational foot pads that offer a firmer grip on the ground.
