Tychem QC by DuPont is chemical protective clothing. It is commonly used in industries such as petroleum refining, pulp & paper manufacturing, and chemical processing. The PPE protects against light liquid splash, external contaminants, pesticides, inorganic acids, alkalis, and other acids. It is manufactured from Tyvek fabric with polyethylene quality coating that offers high resistance to puncture and tears. It remains flexible even in cold temperatures allowing for better movement at work. The protective wear meets ASTM F1670 standards for blood penetration and F1671 standards for viral penetration. This disposable coverall is lightweight and comfortable to wear for long working hours.
